Do you accept returns?

For Attire - No refunds, We accept returns within 30 days of placing your order. All returns are issued gift cards. Gift cards are sent to the email address on the original order and never expire.

For Photography and Art prints - NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES ARE AVAILABLE UNLESS IT RESULTS FROM AN ERROR ON OUR END.

ERRORS MUST BE IDENTIFIED WITHIN 7 DAYS OF RECEIPT OTHERWISE YOUR ORDER WILL NOT QUALIFY FOR A REFUND OR EXCHANGE.

Can I buy a print in a size different from the one listed?

Yes! Contact us here and we can discuss.

What is the processing time?

Please allow up to 3 weeks for prints.

Attire ships within 5 business days. Once shipped you will receive a shipping notice. Please allow 3-5 days for you order to arrive once it is in transit.

LOST PACKAGES

We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages. The customer takes full responsibility when purchasing. Please contact USPS, or your local carrier to locate your package, and or file a lost package report.

INCORRECT ADDRESS

We are NOT responsible for incorrect addresses. Address changes can be made if the order has not yet been shipped. If an item fails to deliver due to an incorrect address the buyer will have to pay the fees for the item to be reshipped.
